Travelling by train
Most connections to Darmstadt are via Frankfurt main station or Frankfurt airport. From Frankfurt airport we recommend the bus Airliner (see below). From Darmstadt main station you can take tram no. 5 (direction “Darmstadt-Kranichstein Bahnhof”) to the stop “Pallaswiesenstraße”. From there it is 5 min walk along the “Schlossgartenstraße”.
Travelling by plane
From the Rhine-Main-Airport (Frankfurt-Airport) a bus called Airliner brings you to Darmstadt directly (see below).
Airliner
The Airliner connects Frankfurt airport and Darmstadt. It departs from the airport at bus platform 14 (geolocation). The bus ticket can be purchased from the driver or in the HEAG mobilo app for 10.10 Euros. In Darmstadt we recommend to travel to the bus' final destination “Kongresszentrum Darmstadtium”. From there it is a 10min walk through the “Herrengarten”.
